Exhibition of Dmitry Slepushkin "Historical painting, portrait, landscape, still life"

On October 15 at 15:00 in the Kaluga Museum of Fine Arts (103 Lenina str., Second floor), Dmitry Slepushkin’s solo exhibition "Historical painting, portrait, landscape, still life" will be opened

For the first time, Kaluga residents have the opportunity to get acquainted with the work of the Honored Artist of Russia, Professor and Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Arts Dmitry Anatolyevich Slepushkin, who has headed the portrait workshop of the Russian Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture Ilya Glazunov (RAZhViZ) for more than 16 years.

The personal exhibition of Dmitry Slepushkin’s works covers all genres of fine art in which he works. There are portraits of artists, relatives and friends of the master, numerous and varied landscapes with views of vast expanses and architectural masterpieces of our homeland, still life. But the pearl of the exposition can be called large-scale historical canvases: "Emperor Paul I", "Attack. The feat of General NN Raevsky near Saltanovka "," Fire of Moscow "," At the gates of the city. Troops of Peter I in the Baltics ”, as well as a series of costumed portraits of members of the military history club in the uniform of the Russian and French armies of the Patriotic War of 1812.
