Exhibition of wood-paintings "Faces of the Angels of the World"

April 18 at 16.00 in the Estate V.P. Sukachev (112 December Events St.) opens a new exhibition of the international art project "Angels of the World". Viewers will see paintings by artists from Russia, the USA, Belarus, England, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Bulgaria and the Republika Srpska, printed in a special way on a tree. Thanks to this, the works can not only be considered, but also touched.

The art project "Angels of the World" was born five years ago in Krasnoyarsk. Today it brings together 245 painters from 22 countries. More than a hundred exhibitions, in addition to Russian cities, were held in Belarus, France, the Czech Republic, Spain, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina. "Angels of the world" were seen by more than 200 thousand people. A year ago, the exhibition "Angels of the World" was presented at the Siberian Art Gallery of the Irkutsk Art Museum and was a great success with the public. This time, the organizers offer a new format of exposure.

“There are a lot of negative events in the world, a lot of violence and military clashes. We want to use the art project “Angels of the World” to bring more goodness, warmth and light to the world, and try to transform the negative energy accumulated on planet Earth. Art, painting have this power! We are not attached to any particular religion. The main values of the project are Love, Inspiration, Gratitude and Unity, ”the exhibition organizers say, inviting residents of Irkutsk and city guests to experience“ special bright emotions ”from wood paintings.
