Victor Borisov in his paintings focuses all his attention on movement. His heroes are not at ease: they are in a hurry somewhere, spreading their legs wide, desperately galloping on a bicycle, passionately dancing jazz - surely obeying the idea that movement is life.

The philosophy of the Borisov movement is the ability to “break the time”, go beyond its borders, where there are only eternally beautiful forms of beauty that artists have been striving for for centuries.
