TRIAD
1
A new joint-stock company promises profits.
The jewelry store shines with its display window.
The gray-haired master of life is going to Paris.
The chairman of the bank admires his new car.
A new clan of priests! – Ready for anything
To illuminate – villas, banks, cars.
Or has the Word lost its meaning,
If we see such pictures of modernity?
The world, immersed in a solution
Of materiality – like liquid wax,
Or is it melted lead?
Shame
For those who live in poverty!
Triad – a heavenly cathedral, worlds of amber
Metaphysical – a reflection in every soul.
Or have we already been brought close
To the boundaries of apocalypse by the sum of passions?
2
The relics of Svirsky are amber and transparent.
Does the spirit have a body or not?
The unheaded light of the Trinity
Holds the world, whose days are ambiguous.
The circle of everything – like the Trinity. When
The Word sounded with a sum of meanings,
Chaos retreated, and from the gloomy
Confusion, an environment arose
Of life.
Light touches with its wing, mind
Changing and transforming.
Trinity.
And the noise of our lives,
Hustle and bustle – hardly golden.

A bush of symbols, seas of love, an amber garden...
How rich is even a reflection of the Trinity.

The table itself is rendered with a stark simplicity, upon which rests a chalice or vessel, likely symbolizing communion or divine grace. Behind the central figure, a building resembling a church or temple rises, its architectural details subtly integrated into the background. A tree stands adjacent to this structure, adding another layer of symbolic depth. The landscape beyond appears sparse and stylized, contributing to the overall sense of otherworldliness.
The artist employed a distinctive palette dominated by earth tones – golds, browns, greens, and ochres – which lend the work a luminous quality. The application of paint is characterized by meticulous detail and a flattened perspective, typical of Byzantine iconography. Light emanates from within the figures themselves, rather than being depicted as an external source, reinforcing their spiritual essence.
Subtleties in the arrangement suggest complex theological concepts. The positioning of the figures around the table implies unity and shared purpose, while the differing gestures and colors may allude to distinct roles within a larger divine framework. The architectural element behind the central figure could represent the earthly manifestation of the divine realm, or perhaps the Church as an institution mediating between heaven and earth. The tree, often associated with life, knowledge, and redemption, further enriches the symbolic content. Overall, the painting conveys a sense of profound spiritual significance through its formal elements and carefully considered iconography.
