I hate writing essays about paintings... especially when theres nothing to latch onto... but people, heres an essay for you): its not mine, but still...
Today, I was assigned at school to write an essay about any painting from the collection of chocolate pictures called Vernissage. Here is that essay:
I will try to describe a painting that I dont know. Its clear that this painting immediately catches the eye with its colors. You really want to immerse yourself in the holiday depicted in it.
When you look at this work of art for the first time, you notice the main character. This person is clearly very rich and respectable. This is noticeable from his clothes and face. His fur coat is not cheap, and you can see how chic it was for that era. Hes wearing clean black trousers and polished shoes.
Near the feet of the main character is his loyal, snow-white dog, which doesnt leave his side. It probably would give its life for him.
I am surprised by a small detail: it seems to me that all the people in this painting are looking at the main character! This really impressed and interested me. In my opinion, it seems that this person is the organizer of this carnival – I dont know what you think, but I do. I even have a small question for the author of this painting: why does this very respectable and wealthy man stand on a hill? I dont know if the author will answer this question, but maybe other people can help me understand it. Or maybe I will never know the answer.
Of course, you could describe this painting for a very long time and in great detail, nitpicking at everything, but I will only take the main things that I saw in this completely new painting to me. I dont know what you think of this painting, but it pleased me, although there are some small criticisms of the author, but thats not so important. I advise everyone to appreciate this painting and enjoy all its beauty!

по – моему сочинение не очень хорошее потому что только о одежде и речь, ошибок много и вообще в сочинениях о картинах нужно писать о внутреннем мире а не о одежде и собаке
