The II international festival was held from 24. 12. 2017 to 24.01. 2018 with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Creative Workshop of the Volga branch of the Russian Academy of Arts and the Creative Union of Artists of Russia, the State Budgetary Institution of Culture of Moscow City Creative Center "Moskvorechye", the gallery "Ulei", the newspaper "Art Stories".
