The exhibition of the artist Elena Goncharevich "Polyphonic" is open at the Museum of Naive Art

MOSCOW. The Museum of Naive Art, located in the Novogireevo area, is waiting for everyone to get acquainted with the unique work of Elena Goncharevich, a Moscow artist whose path to art was begun at a mature age. Elena Goncharevich biologist, graduated from Moscow State University. All her life she was busy with scientific research, however, the artist accompanied her desire to be creative since childhood.

Elena Alexandrovna managed to bring it to life only after retirement. She entered the People’s Academy of Arts and began to create her own art world. The exhibition, presented to visitors to the museum of naive art under the name "Polyphonic", includes works created by Elena Goncharevich in different years.

Here adjoin paintings testifying to the artist’s early searches for her style, and recently painted when Elena Goncharevich formed her own, expressive artistic language. Elena Alexandrovna began her work with a small size of still lifes, and now she writes multi-subject genre compositions.

If at the first stage of the path to art the artist, returning with nature, returned with small sketches, now the exhibition presents carefully designed landscapes that at first glance conquer the audience with a bright and juicy color palette.

Her still lifes and floral arrangements are filled with peculiar combinations of colors, and among the objects it is impossible to find ordinary things, each of them has a special history, or geography. Elena Alexandrovna builds her compositions, reflecting in them the diverse world of objects and plants. Their outward simplicity is filled with emotion.
