"The Nightingale Land" - Kursk artists show their work to the residents of Voronezh

VORONEZH. The large-scale exhibition "The Nightingale Land" opened on January 31 in Voronezh. The exposition, composed of works by Kursk artists, was located in the exhibition hall on Kirov Street. It presents more than 90 works by Kursk artists. In the fall, Voronezh artists showed their work in Kursk.

Now they can get acquainted in detail with the art school of Kursk authors. Exchange exhibitions showing the work of artists from different regions have long become a tradition. Holding such exhibitions becomes an excellent occasion for communication and display of your creativity.

Vladimir Shkalin, one of the organizers of the exhibition, believes that the creation of such exhibitions raises the creative potential of artists. Each of them works in his workshops and lives in a rather closed world. Holding exchange exhibitions is a great way to push the boundaries of your world.

Voronezh artist Konstantin Finakov sees in the Kursk school of painting the personification of the solar palette. Most Kursk artists are sure to touch on a rural theme. They also write city landscapes, mainly lyrical.

The exhibition was organized jointly by representatives of the Voronezh and Kursk branches of the Union of Artists. When creating the exposition, they tried to most fully show the work of Kursk artists. Most of the exhibition is occupied with paintings.

The works of Kursk masters, made in the pictorial genre, have always been highly professional. However, other art genres are also on display. The exhibition hall also houses graphic works and sculptures.
