The award with the interpretation “for many years of literary activity and the creation of works that became milestones in Soviet and Russian literary life” was awarded to Yesin by Alexander Prokhanov.
The second "gold" "for loyalty to high ethical ideals" was awarded to the poet Vladimir Kostrov for his recently published collection of military lyrics "So far…". The poet from Tatarstan Renat Haris became the owner of the third Golden Delvig. The award was given to him for the libretto of the ballet “The Golden Horde”, as well as for works of recent years with the interpretation “for a strong civic position in poetry, fidelity to the native language and deep insight into history”.
“Silver Delvig” was given to historian Yuri Zhukov, publicist Arseniy Zamostyanov, author of intellectual prose Vera Galaktionova, prose writer Mikhail Tarkovsky, poets Dmitry Kantov and Mushni Lasuria (Abkhazia).
“Bronzes” were awarded to Maria Ryakhovskaya, Vlad Malenko (his poetic narrative “The Adventures of the Dog Kefir” promises to soon become one of the favorite books of preschool children), Andrey Vorontsov, Victor Pronin, Vladimir Nezhdanov and Valentin Reznik. The special prize “Young Delvig” was awarded to Anna Chalysheva and Ivan Kupreyanov.
To participate in the competition program, more than two hundred works were submitted to the organizing committee of the Anton Delvig Prize. In addition to Russian authors, writers from Germany, the USA, Switzerland, Kazakhstan and Belarus took part in the competition.
