On July 25, at the Taganka Theater, the play "I, Vladimir Vysotsky ..."

MOSCOW. 34 years have already passed since the July day when bouquets of flowers appeared at the Taganka Theater in the early morning. They were brought by those who at night stood in line at the box office to get to the theater, where a man who became a symbol of an era - Vladimir Vysotsky played. He died on July 25th. Since the 80th year on this day throughout the country, admirers of the talent of the famous bard, remember the poet, listening and performing his songs and poems.

Among the fans of the poet are not only those whom the work of Vladimir Semenovich conquered during the life of the poet. If you look closely at the age of those who come to put flowers at the Vysotsky monument on Vagankovo, it becomes clear that the songs and poems of the bard have found a place in the hearts of the younger generation.

For everyone who wished to honor the memory of the poet, on this day, "Vysotsky’s House on Taganka" opened its doors. Memorial Day began with the screening of a film shot by Alexander Kovanovsky about Vladimir Semenovich. Then for several hours poetry and songs of Vysotsky sounded. For many performers, Vysotsky’s work has long become the basis of their repertoire, but on the Memorial Day, the songs of the bard are performed with a special feeling.

In the evening, a performance created in 2011, "I, Vladimir Vysotsky…" was held at Vysotsky’s native theater. The concert-concert, the idea of which was born by Valery Zolotukhin, was based on the book of Marina Vlady. For two hours on stage, Honored Artists of the Russian Federation V. Chernyaev and L. Chirkova tell an amazing love story that has connected two wonderful people for twelve years.

Both performers knew Vladimir Semyonovich well, and Valery Chernyaev, working for five years in the theater, was a double for Vysotsky in several performances. Since the premiere, the artists have shown their work in many Russian cities.

“I, Vladimir Vysotsky…” also visited other countries.
