The Metropolitan Theater "Practice" brought to Perm three of the best performances

PERMIAN. For the first time, the Moscow Praktika Theater came to Perm with a three-day tour, known for its plays written by contemporary playwrights. The first tour was the work of Svetlana Zemlyakova "Grandmother". Since the premiere, this performance, created on a documentary basis, has become the hallmark of the Praktika theater.

His appearance in the theater’s repertoire was preceded by several years of trips by Svetlana Zemlyakova, along with students of her GITIS course, through the lost Siberian villages, where they collected stories of elderly people living there - the last representatives of the outgoing generation. The performance "Grandmothers", warmly received by Perm audience, was shown on October 10 in the "Scene-Hammer" hall, which was completely filled with public.

Before the screening of Grandmothers, Ivan Vyrypaev, a famous contemporary playwright, director and artistic director of Praktika, met with reporters. Vyrypaev told the Perm press about the history of the theater, about the approach to the selection of plays for staging on its stage. Each of the stories shown on the scene of "Practice" is primarily a story about human feelings.

Vyrypaev noted that he does not consider his theater’s repertoire to be for intellectuals who deeply understand the trends of contemporary art. The audience in the theater comes completely different, however, everyone has the main thing - the desire to develop. Any of the performances of "Practice" affects the feelings of the audience.

The next performance, presented on October 11, was “UFO”, addressed to the emotions and subconscious of the audience. At the end of the tour, on October 12, viewers will see the play “Illusions” - a story of great love and disappointment. The author and director of these performances is Ivan Vyrypaev.
