KRASNOGORSK. On April 9, in the Palace of Culture "Moscow Region" (Krasnogorsk), the awarding ceremony of the XIII International Sports Film Festival "Krasnogorsk" was held. The winner of the film forum in the nomination “The Best Russian Film” was the official film of the 11th Winter Paralympic Games in Sochi “Spirit in Motion” directed by Sofia Gaveiler.

The award ceremony of the laureates of the festival opened with a screening of fragments from the film “Sports Days”, in which 50 years ago the famous song “Moscow Nights” was first played. The Minister of Culture of the Moscow Region Oleg Rozhnov made welcoming remarks, he expressed gratitude to everyone who took part in organizing the festival, and also conveyed a greeting from the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov.

The winner of the Krasnogorsk sports film festival in the nomination "Best Foreign Film" was the film "See you in Montevideo" (Serbia), which tells about the football team of Belgrade, which had the chance to take part in the first World Cup.

The international jury selected 80 feature films and documentaries from 18 countries to participate in the festival programs.
