The program of the VI festival of young European cinema "VOICES" became known

VOGDA. The press service of the VI festival of young European cinema “VOICES” announced the official program of the show, which will be held from 3 to 6 July in Vologda. It included 7 paintings from Russia, France, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Serbia and Spain. All these films are the debut or second works of young European directors.

This year, the selection of paintings participating in the main competition was dealt with by the program director of the VOICES festival Marcus Duffner. At a press conference, he said that Vologda residents and guests of the city this year will see "new directions in modern European cinema, original stories that sometimes may seem too revolutionary for adherents of classical cinema narration."

So, the main competitive program of the sixth VOICES film festival included: the French film Vincent has no scales, directed by Tom Salvador, the Spanish film Carmina and Amen by Paco Leon, We are young. We are strong ”from the German director Burkhan Kurbani, the Italian film“ Vow ”by Laura Bespuri, the Serbian film“ Monument to Michael Jackson ”Darko Lungulova, the Hungarian work of the director Gabor Reis“ For no reason ”. Russia at the competition is represented by the film “14+” directed by Andrei Zvyagintsev.
