X anniversary film festival "In the family circle" has started

KALININGRAD. Today, on July 8, in Kaliningrad, the 10th International Film Festival for Children and Family Films "In the Circle of the Family" opened with the film "Private Pioneer - 2" directed by Alexander Karpilovsky (Russia).

Ten paintings from around the world take part in the main competition program of the anniversary film forum. Among them, five films represent Russia - this is 9 Days and One Morning directed by Vera Storozheva, The Green Carriage by Oleg Asadulin, Correction Class by Ivan Tverdovsky, Hero Pioneers by Natalia Kudryashova and Patients by Ella Omelchenko. The list also included the film "Great-grandfather" directed by Irakli Kochlamazashvili co-production of Georgia-Russia. In addition to these films, the “Teacher” Nadava Lapida (Israel-France), “True Love” by Silzati Jacob and Hina Zhang (China), “Modris” Juris Kursientis (Latvia-Greece-Germany) and “My Great Love” Orkhan Tekeoglu participate in the competition (Turkey).

This year the international jury of the main competition included film critic Andrei Shemyakin (Russia), actor Philip Reinhardt (Switzerland), film functionary Chen Bingrong (China), as well as producers Ivo Fiorenza (Great Britain) and Vadim Goryainov (Russia). The chairman of the judiciary is the People’s Artist of Russia Stanislav Lyubshin.

Also, screenings of paintings will be held as part of the children’s non-competitive program. It included eight films - this is Miracle Island, or Polesskie Robinsons, directed by Sergei Sychev (Belarus), Fort Ross by Yuri Moroz (Russia), Private Pioneer 2 by Alexander Karpilovsky (Russia), And Son Vinnetu Andre Erkau (Germany), “Semitsvetik” by Elizabeth Trusevich (Russia), “Gift” by Sergey Karandashov (Russia), “The Adventures of Little Italians” Sergio Basso (Russia-Italy) and “Apprentice Hlapich. The Adventures of the Little Shoemaker”Silvie Petranovic (Croatia).

The winners of the film "With the Family" will be announced on July 14 at the closing ceremony of the film forum, where the almanac "Closer Than It Seems" by directors German Dukarev, Natalia Belyauskene, Andrei Kim, Alyona Rubinstein, Maxim Voskoboev (Russia) will also be shown.
