The film about Altai will be the fourth director’s experience of Garik Sukachev after the “Middle Age Crisis”, “Holiday” and “House of the Sun”. The famous rocker, screenwriter and actor will appear in the frame, commenting on everything that happens to him during a two-week trip to Altai. A faithful companion of the musician in two-week wanderings will be the powerful Harley-Davidson. Information and financial support will be provided by the Russian Geographical Society and Channel One, where the film will premiere.

The road movie genre is always popular, enlightening and inspiring meetings with the unknown. Such a charismatic character as a storyteller, like Sukachev, is an additional bonus for an inquisitive audience. Filming will begin in September and will take place in Shuksha and Roerich places, on the Chuysky tract and away from it, in recreational areas and on mountain ranges. The musician will also go where the average tourist does not wander. Having parted for a while with an iron horse, he will try other means of transportation that are actively used in these places. The purpose of the trip is not only acquaintance with the unique region, which is called Siberian Switzerland, but also with interesting people living in it. Among the interlocutors of Sukachev there will even be local shamans and Old Believers.
