The director is a resident of the theater laboratory Pro Art`s IVAN KOMAROV (Centr. Vs. Meyerholda, Moscow).

The heroine of the play “Sex is lava, and Masha is a slut” appears in not two, or even three, time places. Her age is constantly changing: from 19 to 23; and in one of the episodes she is three years old. But beyond 23x there is no way. The epigraph of the play informs us about this: "The play is about what to do if you are 24, but you still don’t know who you will become when you grow up." The notorious “who you will become when you grow up” here refers, rather, not to a profession, but to becoming a person, discovering, gaining oneself, and certainly through love. It is the heroine’s love life, as the name of the play hints at, that makes up its main series of events.
