Marianna Kornilova:
"The Art of Deep Immersion" in the gallery M’ARS

On January 28, 2015, the vernissage of the exhibition The Art of Deep Immersion by Konstantin Khudyakov was held at the M’ARS Gallery.

Reluctantly emerging from the worlds of the ever-present “The Art of Deep Immersion”, a unique Artist, Innovator Konstantin Vasilyevich Khudyakov, I can only state the following on an exhale.

We, the audience, artists, artists have been lucky enough to live at the same time, one era with this great Creator.

We all know the concept of universal man - which, for example, was Leonardo da Vinci. I repeatedly mentioned in various interviews that K.V. Khudyakov is Leonardo Da Vinci of the 21st century, but with each new immersion in the art of high technology, she realized a very simple thing.

Leonardo Da Vinci has nothing to do with it. Each era has its own Geniuses. Therefore, Konstantin Vasilyevich Khudyakov is Konstantin Vasilyevich Khudyakov of the 21st century.

Clever, artistically-verified words about the technologies in which the artist works, a great many have been written. There is no point in repeating that which is truly worthy.

I note only one thing, perhaps that which is invaluable in this artist for me personally. K.V. Khudyakov raises such anthropological strata of world culture and the history of art, other spheres of human existence, looks at an object of art through billions of prisms of human and artistic perception of different eras, and masterfully visualizes the most beautiful, most amazing, the most sacred for us to understand but in perfect shape. Konstantin Vasilyevich Khudyakov managed to make another impossible thing, as it seemed to me. He was the first and only ennobled, marked and brought digital art to the immutable Absolute.

In various museums of the world, on various installations, the use of similar technologies always aroused sometimes sympathy, sometimes indifference, but it seemed nothing more than a modern craft, a demonstration of some technological skills.

Each work of K.V. Khudyakov is a portal of Time and Space through which the viewer goes his way from understanding and accepting work to his own essence, completely different, but very comfortable sensations of himself in these seemingly distant, perfect worlds, the doors to which the Artist opens us generously.

I congratulate the Maestro on his anniversary. A low bow for an uncompromising and humane step in art, for this journey from Man to Painting, and Painting to Man, for the fantastic possibility of visual and mental contact with High Art and the Secret Genius, whose thought led Art for many centuries to come.
