The exhibition is an annual result of regular trips of artists of the Ministry of Agriculture (mainly representatives of the picturesque section of the Ministry of Agriculture) to the open air in the Russian province, in order to familiarize themselves with the cultural heritage of our country , as well as to maintain the professional and creative level of artists of the Ministry of Agriculture, one belonging to which is a testament to the high professional status of the artist.
