The New Tretyakov Gallery presents a retrospective of Vadim Kosmachev, a follower of the ideas of the Russian avant-garde. In the 70s of the last century, he created amazing sculptures for public spaces. But he remained incomprehensible: Kosmachev was severely criticized, was not allowed to work, and was eventually forced to leave.
