Ahra Ajinjal’s "Island of Peace" gives sunlight to guests of the exhibition

Since November 1, a personal exhibition of the talented artist Ahra Ajinjal, dedicated to his fiftieth birthday, has been working in the Moscow gallery SOVKOM. Having taken the first steps in the exhibition hall, the visitor of the exhibition immediately gets from the dank Moscow autumn into the world, illuminated by the bright sunlight pouring from the painter’s canvases. It seems that the artist transferred to the Gallery hall a piece of sunny Abkhazia, the native land of Ajinjal.

Ajinjal took his first steps in comprehending the profession of an artist in his native land, having graduated from an art school in Sukhumi. The continuation was study at Moscow State University, where the specialty "History of the Theory of Art" was chosen. While studying at Moscow State University, Ajinjal’s pictorial talent was adequately appreciated by his fellow students - five art exhibitions of his works were held at the university. After graduation, the artist returned to his homeland, and since 1993, Akhra Alekseevich lives and works in Kiev.

The artist’s mastery is adequately appreciated not only by his fans, but also by the many diplomas and diplomas received by the master for his merits in the field of the development of art. The main pictorial genres in which Akhra Alekseevich works are landscape, still life and images of female models “nudes”. A lot of the artist’s luggage and graphics are available - more than 150 books were published with his illustrations.

Ajinjal’s painting, filled with light and bright colors, attracts not only connoisseurs of the classical school of painting, but also avant-garde lovers. Despite the brightness of the colorful world that appears before the audience, there is no aggressiveness in his canvases, they make him stop and touch the leisurely space of the artist’s creativity.
