"Winter. Holiday" - a project by Sasha Prakhova at the National Art Museum of Ukraine

KIEV. The Art Museum of Ukraine presented on December 22 last year an impressive project by contemporary artist Alexandra Prakhova. To get acquainted with which the people of Kiev will be able to February 3, 2013.

The artist’s life ended in 2011, but her creative heritage continues to live. Born in the Prakhov dynasty - Ukrainian artists and scientists, from childhood she had a deep interest in fine art and science. She received an excellent education and was a comprehensively developed personality with a deep inner world, full of warmth, joy and love.

She had many teachers: family, Vasily Kassiyan, Tatyana and Elena Yablonsky, Vasily Chebanik, Sergey Parajanov. They continue to her with a wonderful technique in which she was able to breathe life - the power of her own soul.

Painter and graphic artist, book master and calligrapher, curator of museum exhibitions - her work is comprehensive. Each work included in the exhibition, whether it be graphics or painting, causes a lot of bright and warm emotions. It’s as if Soulfulness itself is leaving the canvases.
