Lipetsk residents will get acquainted with amazing paintings by Alexander Ishin

LIPETSK. In the "House of the master" - Art Museum. Sorokin, on March 22, an exhibition was opened by the artist Alexander Ishin, a painter, despite the high rank of a national artist who remained a romantic who treats the world around him with great love. Sometimes he treats him with irony, but this does not prevent him from loving the heroes of his paintings.

The debut of Alexander Vladimirovich took place in the editorial office of the magazine "Youth", where he held his first exhibition of works dedicated to the North - the city of Norilsk, which became the report of A. Ishin on a business trip. At this time, the young artist was still a student at the Institute. Surikov, and the naive-romantic style of the paintings aroused particular interest among the audience, since for that time it was quite unusual.

In 1966, Ishin graduated from the institute, and the next year was marked by another event - the painter became a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. In the early works written by the artist, the presence of a mixture of folk lubok, urban folklore and “naive” was evident.

Later, many of his works began to be devoted to "village" topics. The painter became older, the more often in his works the search for spirituality was traced. The other side of his professional activity also disposed to this. For more than 13 years, Alexander Ishin was engaged in teaching activities. His place of work was a specialized art institute, where people with disabilities underwent creative rehabilitation.

The exposition of the exhibition provides an opportunity to get acquainted with the work of the artist in different years of his life. Visitors to the exhibition until April 21 will be able to see paintings filled with unusual rural courtyards, smiling cats, and next to them are works that require reflection on their contents.
