TYUMEN. Museum complex to them. Slovtsova provided his rooms for the All-Russian Traveling Exhibition, which opened on October 9th. Vera Kovalenko, head of the Museum of Fine Arts, said that this exhibition is part of an international project that has covered more than twenty countries.

The project was launched in 2006, when the first traveling exhibition of this program was opened in the hall on Kuznechny bridge. Then he was supported in Petersburg. Exhibitions were held in several European countries and Asia. Recently, an exhibition of this project was held in China.

The Museum of Fine Arts, which housed about a hundred works of various areas of art, presents professional artists and amateurs. The exhibition also includes the works of several artists from Tyumen. Such an exhibition provides an opportunity for residents of Tyumen to get acquainted with the features inherent in the work of artists of different Russian cities.

Tyumen artists were waiting with particular interest for the opening of this exhibition. For them, this is not only an acquaintance with the work of their colleagues, but also participation in master classes held during the exhibitions of the project. Master classes are given by eminent artists, which brings tremendous benefits for both beginners and professionals.

Within the framework of the project, a competition was organized, as a result of which some works will be selected for participation in other exhibitions. A separate competition is held for the work of very young artists.

After competitive selection of the best works, the exhibition will go to Kazan. There, her exposition will be supplemented by the works of the masters of Tatarstan. The future plans of the project are to enable visitors to the exhibition to purchase their favorite creation.

Residents of Tyumen will be able to get acquainted with the exhibition "Siberian Art Week" until October 18.
