French authors put love stories in the Teatrium on Serpukhovka

MOSCOW. Thanks to the implementation of a project designed to use the experience of European theaters in productions for children, in the Theater on Serpukhovka Theater on the evening of March 4 they will show a performance with a name that includes the words that usually end fairy tales - “They got married, and they… ".

The audience, directed by Sylvian Fortuny and playwright Philippe Doren, should be teens who are already 12 years old. This age limit is due to the fact that, despite the "fabulous" name of the play, its content does not look like a fairy tale at all.

The creators of the play in several small stories in theatrical language tell what love is. This is not such love, which is ideally described in fairy tales or novels. The stories presented on the stage of the theater will tell that love can be different. The performance was created in order to give adolescents the opportunity to think, and possibly learn, in the situations described, the stories that happened to their loved ones.

You can not consider children living in a vacuum, not seeing the relationship of parents, for many older brothers and sisters solve problems that are close to those shown in theatrical stories. They understand the meaning of the words "married" and "divorced." All relationships of people around are present in children’s games from an early age.

Playwright Philippe Doren often addresses children’s topics in his work. He knows how to speak with them simply and directly, but at the same time there is a lot of romance in his works. No wonder in France he is known as one of the best playwrights in the country. The joint work connects the playwright and director Sylvian Fortuni with the 1997 year. They are working with Russian actors for the first time, however, they managed to find a common language with the theater troupe.
