The performances of the Russian theater from Alma-Ata in the capital were shown thanks to the festival “Russia-Kazakhstan XXI Century”, organized by the ministries of culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Russia.

The first performance shown to the Moscow public was the directorial work of the People’s Artist of Kazakhstan, Ruben Andriasyan, and the artistic director of the theater - the performance “The Cherry Orchard”. The audience praised the work of Kazakhstani artists, a long applause at the end of the performance was a confirmation of the appreciation.
