Exhibition of Svetlana Sergeeva and Ivan Bondarenko "Three Facets". Sculpture, graphics, enamel.

The muralist Ivan Nikolaevich Bondarenko is a famous master of decorative art. He went through the 35-year career of a painter, sculptor, enamel. This path includes a 20-year history of the artist’s revival of the art of enamel in Russia. His life is active, purposeful, full of dedication, devoted to love and helping people. The master works in different directions - sculpture, enamel, painting, ceramics.

Since 1985 to the present, Ivan Bondarenko is actively involved in creative work, he has held 160 creative events, including 145 exhibitions and 16 monumental projects for churches in Russia.

His sculptures have a precise elaboration of images, are plastic and precise in the choice of material, be it stone, wood or bronze. Creating volumetric-spatial compositions, he uses different materials that express and emphasize the essence of the depicted object.

The art objects he creates are increasingly turning into plastic signs-metaphors, which actively involve the viewer in the creative process, thanks to the powerful influence of color, form, decor, rhythm and texture. As a result, ancient enamel is gradually becoming the sphere of new experiments, synthesis of various technologies and materials. Today, many plastic experiments in hot enamel are based on the formal relationship between shape and color, plane and space. Therefore, in modern enamel, the search for Russian avant-garde masters of the early twentieth century is actively continuing.

Svetlana Sergeeva is an artist, restorer, enameller, a member of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia, the International Federation of Artists, and the Moscow Union of Artists. Lives and works in Moscow. The artist was born in 1964 and studied at the secondary art and aesthetic school in the city of Perm.

In 2015, Svetlana Sergeeva graduated from the Department of Restoration of Monumental and Decorative Painting at the Moscow State Academy of Arts and Industry. SG Stroganova Svetlana Sergeeva began an active professional career.

Over the past six years, the artist has participated in 45 exhibitions, held six solo exhibitions. Svetlana travels a lot across the expanses of Russia, annually participates in international symposia and enriches her palette with new impressions, draws inspiration, gaining amazing freedom, filled with delight and imaginative colors.

2019 was remembered for the monumental joint project with Ivan Bondarenko for the production of icons, a four-row iconostasis and a domed icon of the Savior with an area of 25 sq. All the icons are made in the technique of hot enamel, observing the traditions of icon painting of the school of old masters using new technologies and expanded capabilities of hot enamel. Unique works are in the Temple of the Kazan Mother of God in Busharino, Odintsovo District, Moscow Region.

Now Svetlana Sergeeva works in different areas of art - painting, graphics, enamel and sculpture.
