In the new season, the Tyumen Drama Theater will show many new comedies

TYUMEN. During the opening ceremony of the theater season, Sergei Osintsev, director of the Tyumen Drama Theater, told the audience that all the premieres planned will be light comedies intended for the whole family.

Theatrical year will be held under the motto “Light” - light, airy, kind. Comedies will be of various genres, most often they will be classic comedy works that cause laughter, but also make you think about the problems identified in the plots of the plays.

Fulfillment of the promised Sergey Osintsev did not have to wait long - two weeks later, Tyumen viewers were shown the first premiere of the coming season for three nights. On the stage of the Tyumen Drama Theater they presented one of Gogol’s most popular comedies, which received the subheading “Absolutely Incredible Event…” - the play “Marriage”.

It is curious that the first screening of Gogol’s comedy on stage was not accepted by the public, but in subsequent years this play became one of the most popular, gaining a permanent place in the repertoire of many theaters in our country. Like many classic works, directors find their own “zest” in every production of “Marriage”.

Each of the directors of the directors offers his own stage reading of the comedy on a topic that has been relevant at all times. The production, carried out by the director from Novosibirsk Pavel Yuzhakov, received freshness, filled with musical dynamism, which made the performance attractive to spectators of any age.

Ahead of the Tyumen public meeting with Japanese drama in the play "Academy of Laughter." Closer to the new year, a musical for family viewing “Puss in Boots” will appear in the theater’s repertoire, and on January 2, the original version of Carnival Night will be presented to the audience.
