In the Voronezh drama named after Koltsov, the new season opened with the comedy Theater

VORONEZH. Drama them. Koltsova began the new season with the premiere. Spectators were presented with the wonderful comedy “Theater”, directed by the theater’s artistic director Vladimir Petrov, based on the play “Noise Behind the Scene”, written by Michael Frein. This play has been staged repeatedly in various theaters in the world, which is not surprising - the sitcom is always of interest to directors.

Spectators also love performances representing this theatrical genre. The plot of this performance tells about the life of artists, about how radically their relationship on stage can be different from what is happening behind the scenes. The actors themselves are familiar with these problems, so they organically merge with their characters.

The performance consists of three acts, the first of which shows the rehearsal of the director of a new performance, and the second takes the audience into the backstage world of the theater. The last action takes place six months later, when the performance is already in the absence of the director who left for London.

During this time, conflicts began in the troupe, a lot of overlays appeared in the performance, surprisingly accurately beaten by the artists. Each of the mise-en-scenes takes place at a rapid pace, with the artists every word and movement is perfectly verified. According to the technique of performance, the performance is very complex, but the artists perfectly coped with the task set by the director.

By tradition, a press conference was held at the theater before the premiere. Vladimir Petrov said that on October 25th, the audience will see another premiere - the play "They’re not joking with love." The author of the play is Alfred de Musset. On the small stage, director Nikita Rak will stage the play Blizzard, written by Vasily Sigarev based on Pushkin’s motives. Vladimir Petrov himself is preparing the play "Songs of War". So far this is the preliminary name of the production.
