Louvre (Paris)

Hmm, nowadays, every discovery or small breakthrough rushes to be declared a sensation, and theres often plenty of evidence, depending on how much the phenomenon appeals to the public.
But heres my personal opinion:
Simple and logical.
Only a few of Leonardo da Vincis works have been definitively proven by science. And during the upheavals in Italian cities, he was more interested in their defense than in painting. I wonder who can swear that the Mona Lisa is an authentic work by the master? Are there any reliable proofs?
I doubt Leonardos personal involvement in working with oil paints. I think his students did that.

Beautiful albums, but there are some repetitions. Heres the list of paintings:

* Duplessis, Joseph-Siffred (1725 Carpentras – 1802 Versailles) – The Painter Joseph-Marie Vien, 2 pieces.
* Robert, Hubert (Paris 1733-1808) – Project of the New Great Gallery of the Louvre, another 2 pieces.
* Louvre – Tintoretto (Jacopo Robusti) (Venice 1518-1594) – Susanna in Her Bath, 2 pieces.

Red folders dont mean anything; it means the page addresses are numerical. If it doesnt open in full resolution, its a protection against mass downloads. You need to relax and have some tea – everything will be fine. ;)

The album is not just beautiful, its magnificent! Thank you very much. However, despite my excitement, I would like to offer some critical observations. As far as I can see, there are reproductions of paintings in the album that are repeated. Unfortunately, there are no reproductions of certain paintings from the Louvre, which are also well-known. For example, its a shame that this collection doesnt include a portrait of Maria Leszczyńska, Queen of France, by Louis Tocqué, and reproductions of other works by him. I would like to see this collection be continuously updated and improved, if possible. Good luck.

Yes, there are repetitions, at least within the first part, approximately 5-7.
Specifically, these paintings:
1. Gro Bonaparte on....
2. Chardin – Silver Cup
3. Corot – Fortress...
4. Forben – View of Jerusalem

Were checking to make sure there are no duplicates, but the order of images on the website changes regularly. If its not too much trouble, please send us the links to any duplicates you find. Its possible weve become blind to them and arent seeing something thats obvious.
